Communication: Detailed specifications and a well-written contract outline the project in detail. A payment schedule is tied to the stages of work performance. There is no half up front with the balance at the end. State Contractor law states that no more than 10% of the total job or $1,000.00 may be collected as a deposit (whichever is less). We are always available and approachable for each client. There is no such thing as a difficult client, rather a client with special needs.
